The challenge
When hospitality training company Academy Hospitality Australia approached LloydGrey, their initial goal was to improve their marketing tools. But it quickly became clear that what they needed went far deeper: a distinctive brand identity to match their true purpose and passion. While they were delivering meaningful, culture-changing training, their existing brand lacked personality and differentiation in a competitive industry.

Through a series of collaborative workshops, LloydGrey helped the team uncover their deeper mission: to uplift the hospitality industry through transformative training and a values-driven approach. This led to a pivotal name change – from Academy Hospitality Australia to Zealifi – a bold, energised name that encapsulates their passion and commitment. From there, a vibrant visual identity, new brand language and a purpose-led brand booklet began to define a company with clarity and momentum.

What began as a marketing exercise quickly became a cultural transformation. The rebrand gave Zealifi not just a sharper market position, but a renewed internal energy. The brand message resonated powerfully with staff, shifting conversations away from day-to-day processes and toward purpose, innovation and customer impact. As Managing Director Justin McGurgan noted, the brand became a living, breathing part of the organisation – something everyone talks about with excitement.
